What kind of trips does TraWork organise ?Work by the day and go on an exploration by the evening. We want to change the way we Travel and Work while we Travel.We want to encourage more and more individuals to Travel the World and be able to work from the remotest locations around the world. We believe that you should no longer have to choose between Work & Travel, you should be able to do both. We want you to meet different people, be a part of different cultures, explore, work from beautiful places and create amazing life experiences.

Why Workation?Working at a location away from your ‘cabin’ boosts your productivity to a magnitude that cannot be imagined but experienced. Imagine coming back from a holiday and not worrying about deadlines and meetings! Isn’t that relieving? Our WORKATION allow travel lovers to take the trip that they have been postponing because of their work/ office/ business.

Who is it for ?TraWork is for anyone who can work or remotely or wishes to work remotely…Just from anywhere around We do have a selection process in place to be able to get the right set of people come on board for each trip, so that they can be a great company, add a lot of value to fellow Traworkers, work together, explore and create experiences together. This means that all you need is a travel bug inside you and the curiosity to work from different places in the world to be a Traworker.

Why should I come for a workation with TraWork ?A journey with Trawork will not be a tour, but an expedition that will leave room for so many experiences for you to take back with you.We are sure you have never experienced anything like this ever before where you get to explore the most amazing places in the world, meet a ton of interesting like-minded individuals (which you wouldn’t otherwise), work from exotic locations, live life on the go and do so much more.

What will I work on while on the trip ?You can either do your own work remotely (we can assist you to get your company on board for this) or you can explore opportunities offered by startups in various countries while on the trip.

What would a typical day at TraWork look like ?Your day would begin with a morning activity followed by breakfast. The work hours would then begin (one can choose their work timings as needed). In the evening we’ll explore local events and organise community activities, meet-ups and talks, explore the city, maybe go bar hopping, have dinner and set off. You can always make groups and explore other attractions in the city, go dining, clubbing etc.

Do I have to participate in every activity planned ?Not really. It is up to you how you would like to plan your day. However, there are no concessions or refunds in case you plan to give something a miss. Though, we suggest that you take part in every activity as it will help you collaborate with other community members and help us build a stronger community together.

What is the investment ?Please visit our Trips page to learn more about the investment. All TraWork trips we organise we take care of everything excluding your Return Air Tickets, Visa, Travel Insurance and Personal Expenses. Having that said we have some on the best Travel Partners to assist you with the Tickets and Visa. So feel free to get in touch with us over a call or email to discuss more.

What would the Internet be like ?We understand that having uninterrupted internet supply is critical to your work and productivity and that’s why we partner with co-working spaces in each city to make sure that we have an amazing working environment with great internet connectivity. So we’ve got that covered for sure.

What about the Food ?We would serve breakfast only. All accommodations will be equipped with a kitchen so you can either cook or enjoy local cuisines. We encourage everyone to go explore the new city and what better way to do that than trying Local Cuisines and Restaurants. Lunch & Dinner is purposely impromptu.

Travel Tickets & Visa ?You have to get your own tickets done for the mentioned dates of the trip. You cannot join in late or leave early, it is mandatory for everyone to start and end the trip with TraWork from the said meet up & departure points. We can help you with the visa, any letter you might need for the application purpose and get you guys in touch with our recommended Travel Partners for any assistance needed.

Can you help me find a job ?No. But we can help you to make the relevant industry connections. You can use those connections to get yourself employed.

Can I plan my own accommodation ?No. As of now, we don’t have a provision for that.

Can I bring my Children or Pet ?As of now, we don’t have a provision for that.

What are the age restrictions?You should be 18+ to be able to travel with us. Our trips usually suit people between the age of 20 and 40, however, we create different trips catering to the ages not included in this range as well.

I am planning to travel solo, will the trip be a good fit for me?"Yes. You can travel solo and join our community on the trip. Our idea is to help people make new connections which is a great opportunity for solo travellers to bond with fellow digital nomads.

I am planning to travel with my spouse/team, will the trip be a good fit?"Indeed! Whether you are on your honeymoon or you are with a group of friends or colleagues, you are a good fit for a TraWork trip as long as you, and those with you, would like to work remotely and explore new places and cultures with us.

What is the payment structure?At the time of your booking, you will be required to pay 20% of the total cost of the trip as a confirmation. You can either pay the rest of the amount in installments or as a whole.

What if I need to cancel my booking?Bookings once done cannot be cancelled. But you can still reach out to us and we’ll see what best we can do for you in such a situation.

What do I need to bring on the trip?Every trip has its own requirements in terms of clothing and essentials. We, therefore, send out a comprehensive document, before every trip, with all the details about what you should carry with you on that particular trip.
